HRp5's Attendance module allows for the creation and maintenance of essential files which cater to the Information Systems processing needs of both Human Resource Professionals and the Payroll Department.

Use this module to also to fully automate your Leave Administration process, allowing for leave entitlement based on Years of Service as well as age, employee category, type, and payclass.
The Attendance module’s extensive reports lend themselves to analysis of data on a time productivity level as well as a purely financial level, with analysis of actual vs. budgeted analysis.
